Nifty lost 0.6% over the week. The CNX Midcap index closed with 1.1% loss, BSE Smallcap lost 1.1% while the Bank Nifty closed with 1% loss. The BSE Auto closed with 1.5% loss. The top Nifty gainers during the week were Bajaj Auto, Cairn India, Bharti Airtel and Coal India while the biggest losers included Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tata Motors and Reliance Infra.
