Nifty, NSE, BSE Closing on 9 March :-
The markets made robust gains today with metal, capital goods, banking and consumer durables being the biggest gainers in today's session. Other sectors with significant gains included realty, auto and power. FMCG was the only sector that closed negative. The Sensex closed at 17503, up 358 points from its previous close, and the Nifty shut shop at 5334, up 113 points. The CNX Midcap index closed with 2.9% gain while the BSE Smallcap index was up 1.3% in today's trade. The market breadth was positive with advances at 1072 against declines of 379 on the NSE. The top Nifty gainers were Jindal Steel, Tata Steel, ICICI Bank and IDFC while the biggest losers included Wipro, Reliance Power, Infosys and Siemens.

Hold IFCI with a target of Rs 58-60
Buy Era Infra with a 1-year target of Rs 200
Hold Dhampur Sugars with a target of Rs 50-55
Sell Financial Technologies with a target of Rs 770
Buy Coal India with a target of Rs 357-358
Sell Adani Port and Adani Enterprises at current levels
Buy L & T with a target of Rs 1400-1450 and stop loss of Rs 1250
