The Nifty traded sluggishly upwards today. Mohit Gaba closed his Bank Nifty long positions booking profits on the trade and is not very confident of this up move as the November Nifty futures are trading an 8 point premium and the Bank Nifty futures at a 17 point premium which is very less after an up day like this. Hence he has decided to stay out until things get clear and we breakout into a clear direction. We should expect a further up move tomorrow towards 5650 levels.

As per Federal bank technical research report one should go short in
ReplyDeletethis counter. Federal bank is looking quite weak at current level and is expected to
fall further. Positional traders can go short in Federal bank from current level for
good gains.
