The Nifty opened a gap up by 30 points due to the global markets doing very well but could not sustain and started to trade lower to yesterday’s lows before closing flat. Mohit Gaba closed his long positions on the Bank Nifty booking a small profit seeing the weakness in the Bank Nifty early on, however he initiated fresh longs in the last 15 minutes of trade seeing the Nifty not make break down to new lows. There is a bit of support for the markets at 5550 and we might see a small up move in the days to come. If 5650 is taking out on the upside then we could see a bigger up move, but work with 5545 as a stop loss for long positions.
